I have been a life-long flat footer. Did the wet test and saw an
imprint of my entire foot. flat flat flat. I had the one on the right.
I have been running minimalist/barefoot now for about two months, pure
barefoot for about two weeks.
I was washing my very dirty feet last night (after a long run on the
track and asphalt) and noticed that the arch section of my foot wasn’t
dirty. then I stepped on the floor to see my wet pattern and VOILA!!
my feet are no longer completely flat! I mean, i’m no high archer or
anything, but I HAVE SOME SEMBLANCE OF AN ARCH!!!
this is very exciting!
and totally unexpected!
